Breakout 2 – Process Design: Existing processes are challenged, reimagined from the users' perspective, and examined for automation potential. The goal: concrete ideas for efficient, digital workflows that truly make a difference.

Phase 2 – Shaping Digitalization Yourself

Low-Code with the Pega Platform. Together with our experts, you'll develop your first digital solutions in a hands-on, step-by-step way – no programming skills required. With the Pega low-code platform, you’ll quickly create applications that demonstrate how fast ideas can be turned into working digital processes.

The workshop concludes with a live demonstration of IBM’s AI-based Assessment Assistant for public administration services.
