What is the AI Camp?
The AI Camp is a one-day, curated event held as part of the Nürnberg Digital Festival, focused on the use of artificial intelligence in business, research, and organizations. The event emphasizes peer-to-peer exchange, practical insights, and purposeful connections in a highly knowledgeable professional environment. The AI Camp is designed for professionals who already work with AI or are actively responsible for its implementation — whether from a technological, organizational, or strategic perspective.
The AI Camp combines:
• Facilitated networking and curated encounters
• Sessions, workshops, and deep dives into use cases and technologies
• An exhibition hall with exhibitor booths as the central meeting point
• Short pitches on the main stage for orientation and inspiration
The AI Camp is supported by AI HUB Nuremberg (NIK e.V.), Teaming with AI, and WorkPlayExperience.

Opportunities for Companies to Get Involved
Event Partnership
Event partners are visibly included in AI Camp communications and on-site branding, combining exhibition space in the main hall with active program participation.
• Visibility as an official AI Camp event partner
• Booth (premium or custom-designed)
• Guaranteed 25-minute session, or alternatively a 2-minute pitch on stage (limited capacity)

Booth Presence
Companies can showcase themselves with their own booth in the central exhibition hall. The booth serves as a focal point for conversations, live demos, and professional exchange throughout the event.
• Basic Booth: A compact presence designed for conversations and networking.
• Premium Booth: A higher-end presentation area with increased visibility and additional stage exposure through a short pitch (limited capacity).
Premium exhibitors and event partners have the opportunity to deliver a 2-minute pitch on stage. Spots are limited. This is not a traditional product demo — instead, the pitch should highlight a concrete problem and how it is addressed with AI.

Program Contribution with your own session
You can submit topics for a 25-minute session through the Call for Sessions. Please note that all submissions go through a curated selection process, and submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance (except for event partners).
We’re especially interested in practical insights, real-world use cases, firsthand experiences, technical deep dives, or engaging discussion formats that provide meaningful value to an expert audience. Product pitches or sales-driven presentations are not what we’re looking for — the emphasis is on depth, concrete takeaways, and authentic practical experience.

AI Camp 2025: A Great Success
AI Camp 2025 brought together more than 150 attendees from industry, research, and practice, creating an intensive platform for expert exchange, networking, and collaborative learning.
Hosted at Künstlerhaus Nuremberg, the event featured 25 sessions on five stages in a single day, led by around 40 session hosts. The focus was on deep dives, real-world use cases, and practical questions around the use of artificial intelligence. A key part of the format was the shared reflection and synthesis of session insights directly on site. Ideas, discussions, and takeaways were captured live and developed further — with the aim of moving beyond knowledge sharing to true collective learning.
AI Camp 2025 was supported by its partners AI HUB Nürnberg (NIK e.V.), Teaming with AI, and WorkPlayExperience. The day was rounded out by many conversations beyond the official program — over 140 portions of ice cream, 25 crates of water, and plenty of space for open, peer-to-peer exchange.
