Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance internal IT infrastructure (clients, servers, networks)
- Handle support tickets and assist end users
- Install and maintain both hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot ongoing issues and implement lasting fixes
- Manage user access according to internal standards
- Deploy and support Windows-based devices
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT Specialist – System Integration or similar
- At least some experience in IT support or admin
- Familiar with Windows Server and virtualization
- Foundational knowledge in AD, networking, and security
- Accurate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Fluent in German, comfortable in English
