- Support our recruiting in daily doing after a familiarization phase. This includes among other things
- Recording applicants in the applicant management system
- Arranging appointments for interviews
- Creating profiles
- Posting job advertisements and actively approaching candidates on social media channels
- Supporting the sales department in planning appointments
What you bring with you
- You are outgoing and have good written and verbal communication skills
- You enjoy working with people
- You have a very good knowledge of German at at least C1 level and can communicate well in English
- You are confident in dealing with social media such as LinkedIn
- You don't mind making contact with interesting candidates on your own initiative and breaking the ice
- You are proficient in the use of common Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- You can be available for at least 20 hours a week on 5 days
