Digital transformation needs connection. This workshop explores events as micro-labs for encounter and participation, followed by an informal lunch.

Digital transformation is often defined by tools, processes, and efficiency – yet its success ultimately depends on how people connect and collaborate. 

This workshop views events as micro-labs of digital transformation: spaces where connection, participation, and shared understanding become tangible – also within digital or hybrid contexts. 

Participants reflect on how digitalization changes encounters, perception, and exchange, and how events can be consciously designed to make transformation not only understandable, but truly experiential.
The focus lies on creativity, mindset, and intentional design as key success factors for effective and human-centered digital transformation. 

An informal lunch afterwards invites continued exchange and deeper conversations.
