Digital transformation is often defined by tools, processes, and efficiency – yet its success is ultimately shaped by how people connect and collaborate. 

This workshop views events as micro-labs of digital transformation: spaces where connection, participation, and shared understanding can be experienced – also within digital or hybrid contexts. 

Participants reflect on how digitalization changes encounters, perception, and exchange, and how events can be consciously designed to make transformation not just understandable, but truly tangible.
