The marketing landscape is becoming increasingly complex: more channels, more tools and what once were four Ps have long since become seven. Yet the core challenge remains the same: aligning marketing, the customer journey, and sales at the right time to create real impact.
In practice, however, approaches are often fragmented. Campaigns, technologies, and sales activities are optimized in isolation, leading to growing complexity and untapped potential. What’s needed is simplification and true integration. This is exactly where this barcamp comes in offering impulses and exchange to enable a more effective interplay between marketing and sales. At its core is a clear perspective: growth emerges from the interaction of Brand, Bits, and Behavior.
Brand defines how a company is perceived in the market and whether it is relevant at all. In B2B environments, brand acts as a critical filter. This perception is shaped through content: it communicates attitude, expertise, and differentiation across the entire customer journey. Without consistent and relevant content, brand remains ineffective.
Bits represent the operational layer of the workflow. They translate attention into demand through systems, processes, and data. This is where leads are generated, qualified, and handed over to sales and where breakdowns in the process often lead to lost potential.
Behavior reflects the organizational reality behind strategy and processes. It focuses on how people actually work within a company: how teams collaborate, how decisions are made, and whether defined processes are truly followed in daily operations. This is where the most critical gaps often emerge.
The event is designed as an interactive barcamp. After an opening keynote, participants will receive short impulses on Brand, Bits, and Behavior, providing the framework for the sessions that follow. The core of the event consists of parallel working sessions, where participants engage with concrete questions and real-world challenges. It’s about bringing in your own cases, problems, and questions and working through them collaboratively.
The tracks are structured around typical workflow breakdowns:
- Visibility without impact – when marketing creates attention but fails to generate relevance
- Leads without conversion – when processes exist but fail to deliver real outcomes
- Strategy without execution – when strong concepts break down in day-to-day operations
The goal is to make these gaps visible, identify recurring patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of how growth actually happens or is prevented in practice.
In the final session, key insights are consolidated and distilled. After 120 minutes, participants leave with a realistic perspective on their own organization and a clear hypothesis: Where is the critical bottleneck in their workflow? And what needs to change to turn marketing activities into real business growth?
