Keynote Presentation 1: Virtual Personas in the Energy Sector – The Customer as an Everyday Sparring Partner
Based on in-depth, needs-based studies, target groups are brought to life as interactive personas in chat and video avatars.
In this presentation, we will use a concrete example to show how regional energy suppliers can use this to better understand their customers, refine their offerings and tailor their communication precisely. Experience concrete use cases and discover how static study results can be transformed into a dynamic, action-oriented system for your day-to-day work.
Keynote 2: AI Politician Personas and the Dear Hallucination
Politics no longer reaches most people. Could it be because, contrary to their claims, most politicians simply cannot really grasp the realities of people’s lives after all? What if we could use AI to bring people and politics closer together? With the help of AI, only the passages from the parties’ dry election manifestos that actually affect the individual are extracted. Conversely, with the help of AI, voters’ voices are translated so clearly and unambiguously into the language of politicians that they can no longer evade them – or at least not without intent. The talk demonstrates how this can be achieved, and how AI can build a bridge.
Interactive session: AI politician personas in dialogue
In this lively interactive session, AI politician personas are introduced, with whom participants can communicate directly via their smartphone in realtime and in natural language... just as if they were actually speaking to them live on the phone. Participants can ask the AI politicians any question imaginable – even uncomfortable ones. The politicians respond directly to the question, and afterwards the AI analyses the entire conversation: Where did the AI politician evade the question? Why did they dodge it? Did they stick to their manifesto, or did they make a completely contrary or even contradictory statement? So, did the AI politician hallucinate just as much as we’re used to seeing from many real politicians? Fascinating technology meets insights ranging from light-hearted to bitter.
Dialogue and hands-on: discussion and live testing of the Person-a-Mat
In this concluding section, participants have the opportunity to discuss their thoughts and ideas with us and other participants and to test them directly on the Person-a-Mat. The Person-a-Mat is an interactive kiosk terminal that allows users to create any conceivable AI persona in no time at all and then engage it in a conversation via smartphone. It was used, amongst other things, at a major design strategy workshop with BOSCH’s in-house designers (see https://links.centigrade.de/referenzen/workshop-ux-design-ai). Problems are then discussed and ideas generated using these AI personas... “Out-of-the-box” insights guaranteed.
