How can AI be used practically in companies? Using the chatbot "AIAS," Felix Jobson and Malte Menger (N-ERGIE Aktiengesellschaft) as an example, demonstrate how VAG bus drivers are supported by an AI information system – from the initial development steps to scalable deployment. They will address, among other things, the limitations of traditional chatbots, the added value of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), the necessary technology stack, and typical challenges when working with LLMs. In addition to technical aspects, the focus will be on the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and agile implementation. The presentation offers concrete practical lessons for anyone who wants to use AI in a comprehensible and effective way in their company. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas with the speakers.
