Whether it's a letter generator or an escalation assistant, technical innovation is just one of three building blocks for AI systems to truly succeed in large companies. Equally important are process analysis (where AI is optimally integrated) and the human factor (early stakeholder involvement, training, change management). In this presentation, we will present a successful pilot project at E.ON, which is now entering rollout. We will discuss the practical implementation and challenges surrounding data protection, works councils, and employee acceptance. Afterwards, we will discuss with the audience how to successfully launch similar AI projects – and have an open exchange about future ideas, pitfalls, and best practices.
