The free app combines gaming, career orientation and location marketing in a playful way. In a jump’n’run game, students, young professionals and emerging talents discover regional employers, universities and innovation hubs. Instead of scrolling through traditional job ads, users collect points, complete missions and unlock real companies and institutions from the region.

InnoHikes demonstrates what modern talent engagement can look like: accessible, digital, interactive and close to the everyday lives of young people.
