Women make a difference - including in terms of media visibility. Yet only about 30% of the voices and statements in the media currently come from women. What’s more, even top female communicators are often portrayed differently than their male colleagues—as less technical, but more personal.
The media training is designed for women who (regularly) speak with journalists in their professional roles—or who want to specifically prepare for doing so.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- What the media landscape looks like and how media representatives think
- How to prepare specifically for interview situations
- How to convey your messages effectively
- How to confidently handle (sensitive) interview questions
- How to use your posture, voice, and presence effectively
The training is led by experienced PR experts from the Flutlicht team. Following the training, we cordially invite you to an open networking session.
Recommended for: Women, outside the communications industry, who (regularly) speak with journalists in their professional roles - or who want to specifically prepare for doing so. It is particularly aimed at women who do not (yet) have access to professional media training in their day-to-day work and are therefore hesitant about their public presence, whether you’re a communications manager at a company, a founder, a CEO, or a (technical) expert with media contacts.
