AI in Business: From Use Case to Secure Implementation
Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally transforming business models, workflows, and especially HR processes. However, between potential and productive implementation often lie uncertainty, missing use cases, and new risks.
This TechDay focuses on a holistic view of AI in the corporate context – ranging from AI-supported recruiting and document verification to fraud prevention, deepfake detection, and compliance requirements.
We will demonstrate how companies can balance innovation, security, and regulatory requirements (especially in the context of the AI Act), and how AI can be used responsibly while creating real business value.

The Keynote (Strategic Perspective)
What is AI truly capable of today? Where does it create measurable value – especially in HR – and why do many use cases fail? Key risk areas such as deepfakes, cyberattacks, and compliance requirements will also be addressed.
The Workshop (Hands-on Practice)
In small groups, participants will develop concrete use cases based on four key perspectives:
- Efficiency in daily work & AI usage by employees
- Customer communication & knowledge work
- Security, fraud & deepfake detection
- Compliance & AI Act conformity
The Discussion (Transfer into Practice)
Joint review of the results with a focus on practical implementation:
- Which use cases are realistic?
- Where are the risks?
- What next steps are required?
The event will be led by the AI experts from Neuramancer: Anika Gruner and Anatol Maier.
Building on research conducted at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg – particularly in the fields of multimedia forensics and AI under adversarial conditions – they develop novel approaches for analyzing synthetic media.
Their technology combines statistical trace analysis with probabilistic models, enabling robust detection and classification of manipulations – including those generated by the latest AI systems.
With Neuramancer, they pursue the goal of enabling companies to use AI safely and responsibly, while also providing effective solutions against disinformation and AI-powered fraud.
