At the University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN), we see diversity as a driver of innovation—in research, teaching, and transfer. We need all genders to ensure a sustainable future in tech and AI, increasing visibility so individuals can contribute their strengths, serve as role models, and actively shape innovation. At the same time, it’s about more than individual dimensions: we foster allyship across all facets of diversity.

This event brings together anniversary, reflection, and future perspectives, highlighting how UTN as a young, innovative university connects technology, culture, and human potential.

The panel brings together diverse perspectives from UTN – spanning research, administration, and the student body. Together, we explore how to break down barriers, unlock potential, and foster an open, agile culture of collaboration.

Networking and dialogue are essential: they enable us to learn from one another, explore new paths, and sustainably strengthen an inclusive AI community. Students, researchers, and leaders are invited to engage, share ideas, and shape new approaches together.
