We "cling" to the computer. At the ZAM Computersprechstunde (consultation), we address this and try to support our fellow citizens with our expertise and help them find individual solutions. For example: What does it mean for internet security, your wallet, and the environment when support for a widely used computer operating system ends? That's why we offer the computer help session as a neighborhood support initiative – covering everything from operating system changes and computer security to networking, Wi-Fi, and software/apps. It's open to everyone affected and interested, free of charge, on the ground floor of the main building. Donations to the ZAM are welcome.

We provide advice for laptops, tablets, and smartphones with all common operating systems. Please bring your own device to the computer help session so we can implement solutions immediately, if possible.
