Developers are invited to share their experiences with AI in their daily work and reflect together: What opportunities and changes are becoming visible? What uncertainties or questions are on our minds? In an open discussion, we exchange perspectives, make sense of current developments, and explore how we can actively shape the developer profession in the age of AI. This creates a concrete picture of how AI is influencing our everyday work – and how we can shape it ourselves.
What to expect in the workshop:
- Open exchange on experiences with AI in everyday development work
- Joint reflection on opportunities, challenges, and open questions
- We use our “Denkzeug” approach – a participatory method that combines scientific methodology with practical application, enabling you to contribute your own requirements, ideas, and use cases to and with AI
- Concrete insights into how AI tools can be designed and influenced in day-to-day work
What you’ll gain:
- New perspectives on your own work with AI
- Peer-level exchange with other developers
- Practical impulses to use and shape AI in your workflow more consciously and actively
Recommended for: Software & application developers; Data, AI & machine learning specialists; DevOps, cloud & infrastructure engineers
