Roundtable Discussion on AI Agents: Together, we will discuss responsibility, capabilities, and use cases for their effective implementation in organizations.

#AI #Agents #Management
AI agents are seen as a next step in the development of intelligent work systems. They can support employees in complex tasks and, in doing so, reshape collaboration between humans and AI. This raises key questions for organizations and leaders: How can the use of AI agents be designed responsibly? How should relevant use cases emerge? Through specialized central units or from employees’ own work practices? And which skills do employees and leaders need in order to develop AI agents in a meaningful way and work with them reflectively?

The interactive roundtable discussion is deliberately designed as an open format and thrives on shared exchange. As a starting point, we will bring selected use cases on AI agents in workplace contexts, which will serve as prompts for discussing opportunities, challenges, and possible approaches to their design and implementation.

The discussion will focus in particular on the following guiding questions:

  • What should responsible action in the use of AI agents look like?
  • Which professional, methodological, and reflective skills are needed when working with AI agents?
  • Which organizational conditions support a meaningful use of AI agents?
  • How can the tension between central governance and decentralized initiative be managed?

Participants are explicitly invited to contribute their own experiences, perspectives, and questions. The aim of the session is to develop a well-grounded understanding of how AI agents can be used effectively and responsibly in organizations.

Recommended for: The event is aimed in particular at professionals from companies and organizations who are involved in the use, implementation, or design of AI Agents in a professional setting. We also welcome anyone interested in organizational and competency-related issues related to AI agents.
