How can we design work environments that are flexible, healthy, and future-proof?
What role do multifunctionality, adaptability, AI, and spatial quality play in the competition for talent and innovation?

These and other questions are at the heart of our session “How Will We Work Tomorrow?” at this year’s NUE Digitalfestival.

In a hands-on keynote from 11:00–12:30, Gunnar Bauer, CEO at AURA Innovative Arbeitswelten, will provide insights into key trends in the design of modern work environments. Topics include New Work, hybrid work models, spatial wellbeing, and the specific needs of the digital industry.

Two compact follow-up sessions will complement the main keynote:

13:00–14:00: “Staying Healthy in the Hybrid Workday” – Practical tips for ergonomic working and dynamic sitting (with Matthäus Schwarzenberger)
14:00–14:30: “New Work Quiz & Classics in the Office” – Test your knowledge in an interactive format with the chance to win (with Eileen Badaou)
