The last three years have impressively demonstrated the massive impact artificial intelligence is having on the IT industry. Automated text generation, assisted programming (“vibe coding”) and agent-based systems are no longer just visions - they are already changing how software is created, how teams work and how digital products are developed.

But we are only at the beginning. The next five to ten years will decide which (IT) organizations will keep up technologically - and which will not. The question of relevance and alignment will become a key strategic issue for everyone who designs, manages or integrates IT into their business models.

How do IT organizations need to change in order to survive in an increasingly AI-dominated environment? Which roles, processes and value creation models will change or even disappear completely in the coming years? What does it mean when traditional development is replaced by automation - and completely new opportunities for innovation emerge at the same time?

In our interactive workshop, we want to explore these questions together. We will not only look at technological trends, but in particular at the long-term effects on organizations, teams and business models. The aim is to develop a common understanding of how (IT) organizations can be set up to remain fit for the future.
