What does successful leadership look like in the digital age – and what impact does female leadership have? Join us on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. at the SRH Campus in Fürth for an inspiring evening hosted by the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce, SRH University, and the “Network & Cocktails” community.

After four short keynote talks by speakers including Timo Sämann (voice coach), Dana Arzani (The Sparkle Academy), Katja Schmidt (Novartis), and Dr. Anna Bauer-Mehren (Roche Diagnostics), a panel discussion will explore how companies benefit from gender-balanced leadership and female leadership styles in times of digital change.

The event will be moderated by Franziska Holzschuh and opened by District Administrator Bernd Obst – followed by Networking & Cocktails in a relaxed setting.
