Computer consultation - sharing knowledge, solving problems

The computer consultation is neighbourhood help and self-help in one: an open offer for anyone who would like to use their computer for longer but is confronted with technical questions or changes - for example, in view of the end of Windows 10 support in autumn 2025.

Together, we develop solutions on topics such as changing operating systems, security when surfing, sustainable computer use and sensible hardware maintenance. There will be individual advice and space for dialogue. The aim is to share computer knowledge, reduce fears and show options for action - in a practical, supportive and sustainable way.

The computer consultation hour is a pilot project on the way to becoming a place for advice and action - self-organised, open and future-oriented.
