The workshop is based on the book by Dr. Lies Wouters, *Lead Your Team Toward a Better World*, who also led the entire program and is currently conducting a scientific evaluation of it. The original workshop lasts 4 hours and is interactive, featuring a floor exercise using a metaphor map; it can be shortened to almost any length as an introductory session, and is available in English or German, co-led by a colleague.
