NUEDIGITAL 2024—what an experience!

For ten days, a diverse community came together to share ideas, learn from each other, and inspire one another—and NUEDIGITAL 2024 proved it yet again, based on the amazing feedback from the community! The opportunities for networking, collaboration, learning, and inspiration were bigger than ever this year.
From July 1 to 10, 2024, the Nuremberg metropolitan region turned yellow once again!
Monday, July 1, 2024 – the yellow carpet is rolled out at PARKS Nürnberg, colorful yellow bunting and lanterns decorate the outdoor space, and the iconic yellow "NUEDIGITAL" letters are set up on stage in the Sternensaal. At 4 p.m., the doors swing open, and the Nürnberg Digital Festival 2024 officially kicks off. The next nine days were all about deep conversations, digital innovations, and lots of inspiration. It was amazing to see how the event ideas, brainstormed and refined during the first half of the year in collaboration with the organizers and Team Yellow, finally came to life.

executeChange(); – here’s how NUEDIGITAL 2024 drove digital change forward

That’s how NUEDIGITAL Managing Director Ingo Di Bella summed it up in an interview with CURT magazine. This year’s Nürnberg Digital Festival motto, executeChange();, perfectly captured that idea. Digital topics like AI have become so pervasive, affecting nearly every part of our lives—at work, at home, and beyond—that it’s no longer surprising. Now it’s about stepping up and actively shaping the way they influence us.
NUEDIGITAL provides the perfect platform to make that happen, with its wide variety of topics and open, collaborative format. The festival offers events across Nürnberg, Fürth, Erlangen, and Ansbach—as well as virtual sessions—that bring together kids, teens, students, curious minds, beginners, and experts alike to explore technology, digitalization, and society.
